David Wyatt is a partner at Pfeiffer Gleaton Wyatt Hewitt, PA, in Greenville. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and law from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He handles entertainment law, general business law, sports law, corporate litigation, copyrights, commercial/residential real estate transactions/disputes and is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Wyatt is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, SC, teaching classes in entertainment and sports law. Additionally, Wyatt is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor (“NFL agent”) and President of Wyatt Sports, LLC, a professional football representation agency. He is a member of the SC Bar Conventions Committee and works with several local charitable groups to support mentoring and development of the youth and members of the community. Wyatt was born and raised in Greenville, SC as part of a musical family. He has been a member of many Bands as a songwriter, singer and musician for over thirty years and is passionate about assisting others in pursuing their dreams.
