What does the Nashville Connection stand for?
Nashville Connection – Heroes Salute is taking it to the next level in 2012 for the 2nd annual, four day, star-studded event to support the efforts of Vietnam Veterans and all Veterans programs, and the Marine Corps “Toys for Tots” drive. The culmination of the Nashville Connection four day event is the “Heroes Salute,” a gala entertainment evening with top performers from Nashville that will be held in Greenville, SC on June 30, 2011. This very special evening benefits Vietnam Veterans as well as all Veterans. The gala evening includes a reception with musical spotlights of area talent, a live auction, and the Gala “Heroes Salute” program.
How Big is This Opportunity?
JB Productions and FUTURE, in collaboration with DB Artist Development, Stockbridge Records, and Whitestone Studios will be producing the biggest 4 day music event in the Southeast. This event will bring top Nashville music Professionals to join top professionals from the Upstate for a must attend workshop for serious singers, songwriters, and bands. The Nashville Connection is the largest music-networking event in the Southeast. This year’s workshops will cover every aspect of the music industry. Throughout the day, attendees will learn from top vocal coaches, songwriters, image consultants, engineers and producers, motion picture and video composers, and legal entertainment experts. All participants will have an opportunity to network, market themselves, and receive feedback from top industry music professionals. In addition, some lucky individuals will be selected toreceive one-on-one vocal and songwriting critiques from the best in the business.
And That’s Not All. . .
There is also an opportunity for contestants to submit songs in the categories of performer, performance, and band, online as part of a competition. This competition will be judged by music industry professionals and celebrities, and will include a finalist contest and top prizes awarded. The day of the competition is open to the general public who will be invited to cheer on their favorite performers. This year’s winners will receive $25,000.00 worth of opportunity prizes to promote their music in the top circles of Nashville. They will also be featured as the opening act for our Heroes Salute Gala.
